first: click start...
then run...
then type regedit...
expand hkey classes root...
expand systemfile association..
expand avi...
click shellex...
then delete the default value...
Second: expand the hkey current user...
expand the control panel...
click desktop...
double click the menu delay...
then set to zero...
start your computer...
Third: click start...
click run...
type msconfig...
then adjust the startup...
and services....
then start your computer...
